Holly M Pennington, RN, ISR Instructor, AC-Aquatics

I’m a wife and mother to 3 kids. I have worked in the pediatric medical field since 2002. The majority of my professional career was spent in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. My son has Autism which has led me in many different directions meeting wonderful people on our journey. I’ve worked closely with Dr. Phillips and Brooke Underwood to manage his complex care and joined the Phillips Pediatrics family as a nurse in the fall of 2023. I’m also a certified Infant Swim Resource instructor. Nurse Holly is a part-time clinic nurse at Phillips Pediatrics.

These two women are both moms and pediatric nurses. They helped Dr. Phillips open the doors of Phillips Pediatrics in 2020.
