I recommend this office over any other office. If you live 30 minutes away, I STILL recommend this office. I wish I could’ve brought all the staff with me to Arkansas if I could and that’s saying something! The staff always showed sincerity and love towards the family and most of all the children themselves. They all show they are happy to be there with a smile on their face when we came in and we’re ALWAYS proactive from calls back from the nurse to the staff at the front desk. Communication was never our problem and we always had a response back on our client portal site. Let me tell you… if you don’t go to this office you are missing out because we were SPOILED. I say this everyday and I mean it with every ounce of me.. I wish we could find an office like this near our new home in Arkansas. We miss the staff there so much! 🙁

We used to go to Oxford Pediatric and it just wasn't a good fit for us, so a friend recommended Philips to us. Our children became patients and we haven't looked back since. This is honestly the BEST place to bring your children whether it's a wellness check up or a sick appointment, they're professional and kind, and always go out of their way to make our children feel safe. Would absolutely recommend Dr. Philips and Brooke to anyone looking for new or first time pediatrician for their family.

Dr. Phillips and Nurse Practitioner Brooke are excellent. One call and that’s all. Your baby will have an appointment, diagnosis, and treatment. I absolutely love Phillip’s Pediatrics.

Dr. Phillips and Nurse Brooke Underwood are both awesome. As a new mother, they both reassure me that I am getting the best care than I can for my son. They are both very thorough and happy to hear each of my concerns. I look forward to them to continue being our providers in the future.
